This is for all those considering or just beginning ball stretching. I suppose you could consider it a cautionary tale. I've been stretching for quite a while. At first it was just to gain size in my scrotum, which I have done. However, it has changed. It's no longer just something I do with purpose, it's become an addiction. Science has shown that some people are genetically predisposed to having an addictive personality. I'm one of the lucky ones who have been exempt to anything, until now. In my opinion, I believe it to be somewhat physical, but mostly mental. I genuinely feel bad without my rings on, so other than cleaning, they are on 24/7. I won't sit there and say I regret my decision. But I will say this: Unless you are willing to face the same thing, reconsider starting this. I love the look, the feel when wearing them, and the uber increase in intensity of my orgasms, but hate that I'm actually addicted to it. That all being said, if this is something you are still willing to do, I wish you safe and happy stretching!
 
"Ball stretching" is lengthening the scrotum by wrapping it with rings or straps so the balls hang lower. Wearing a ball stretcher during sex helps prolong and intensify orgasms by holding down the testicles. Some enthusiasts hang weights, too.

You haven't had any problems with the rings getting stuck after pumping?
 
Of course the rings will stuck after pumping. That means the rings can not be easily removed until the pumped scrotum gradually returns to its normal size. It takes much longer time to recover. But the feeling is great.

I've been ballstretching on and off. Trying to do more lately, every other night. What seemingly dangerous is doing it as I sleep. I sleep on my back with a pillow between my ankles so my family jewels are safe during a good night sleep while stretching. I use to use the foam mat material cut into doughnut shapes sandwiched together. Now I use a type of silicone ballstretcher for extra comfort and better blood supply. It feels good.
But, here's the thing. I don't believe the journey is the goal in ballstretching. I would like a more loose scrotum. With PE during the available hours, night time is my only time with a busy schedule. Asking 'how long does it take?' for goals to be reach is shoved off with experience and no affordable answer is given. I estimate by monitoring experiences of foreskin restorers for tissue expansion, the time to take 3 inches of skin can take two years. But, this is scrotal tissue, more smooth muscle, Balls are attached afterall, and keeping the skin moisturized and slippage can happen because my dog pushes me off my bed and I sleep on my side, waking up to free balls. I keep doing it.
 
By the way, I've found an effective way to stretch is like lifting weights: concentrating on a group a day. I will stretch the ligaments by putting on more rings on one day, then the skin by alternating with heavy weights on the other. I've put on 8 inches so far, so I must be doing something right.

Good to know. I used a knee brace neoprene straps for a secure hold and the velcro to attach the wrap to weight. When I'm awake and at the desk. Starting off with 2lbs, but not sure how much more weight to use. I could do more, but I feel that isn't the focus.
How much weight have you been using? How long have 8inches taken?

The amount of weight on the days I'm strictly stretching skin is about 2 to 3 pounds. Interestingly, it's only taken about 2 1/2 years to get my current results.

THere is no doubt that ball stretching is addictive but so what? It is a good addiction. Done carefully and building up slowly, you will get nicer looking balls and they will make more testosterone for you.

The ancient Chinese practiced Qi gong, which is hanging really and increasingly heavy weights. Done carefully and properly, it confers great benefits on the practitioner. It is enjoying quite a revival in China. My Chinese dr is enthusiastic for me to do these things.

I agree you 100%. I have been stretching for about 15 years. At first it was just for play. Some days on most days off.
The last 5-7 years it has been nearly full time, 24/7 Perhaps once a month, I will remove them to give the boys a rest.
Other than stretched nuts swinging around under loose shorts, I want to see how low I can go.

I have no regrets. I lather on the lotion twice a day. I even bought a hot tub and hang an extra 3 pounds, to get the boys lower in
the hot water. If there is a draw back, I would say it would be the boys dip into the water when sitting on the toilet. Sleeping is
not a problem.

But it's expensive to buy online -- if you live near Portland then it'd be cheaper (and more informative) to visit their store.

I do it while I sleep. Though, the best way for that is silicone ballstretchers and proper support so you don't sleep on your balls in the attempt to sleep on your side. You need the right amount of blood flow going through your scrotum otherwise you may cause health problems. I use to use doughnut shaped cut outs and stack them to point of a stretched length. However even that can cause slippage and you will need a small cut out of foam to wedge into the last foam ring to secure your testicles from slippage. This was the cheepest method at $5 for a foam mat from the $5 store and with extra foam to spare for extra.
Later, I wanted to buy a silicone stretcher, but they were $30 on amazon. I said NOPE and bought the next best thing. Go to Spencer's Gifts and there you will find a cheep masturbation toy made of silicone for $10-15. It is 5 inches in length. So, you can cut to length. Carefully so. You want it uniform and no tears. Save the rest for add on. Certainly don't throw away those foam doughnuts you made as you can use them at the base of the scrotum as retainer for a more solid stretch to add on. If you experience slippage in the silicone stretch ring, you are either putting too much pressure for lengthening or you are smaller sized and might require a velcro strap to noose the end part of the silicone ring where it meets your balls and stap it with a little pressure so your balls don't slide into the ring. It will be soft and get better blood supply to the stretched skin this way.

Hi, I think i am adicted to,a little mayby but i am wearing my stretchers veyb often.not dayly but often
Also at night.the problem is,i dont see very much result.i am doing this for a few years now but i want more result.
my stretchers are made of silicone and i buy them on line .do you know what gives the most result. i want them to hang low even when i dont wear a stretcher

I've always enjoyed weight work with my testicles as part of my exercise routine. Like most people it started with hanging and lifting weights with my balls. I started slow with light weights, but once I worked up to 75 pounds for 15 minutes I was looking for something new, so I tried suspension. I started slowly going higher and higher (which puts more and more weight on the balls) until only my head and shoulders were touching the ground and I was supporting at least half my body weight for 15 minutes.
