At the Damn near passing out! LMAO!!! ☠️ Do you have recommendations on which ones I should get for someone who’s starting? And I could absolute relate on your “before” that’s very well, me.
I never found a good starting option. Anything metal big enough to fit in I quickly popped out of. Perhaps the best in that situation would be one of the thin leather rings. I could see how something narrow would stay on best. Also at the end of a warm shower, stretch the scrotum skin with your hands. The skin, ignore the testes. Stretch & hold it longer & wider. I suspect the balls will follow .
There used to be a great guide by Jarod Johansen on the Secret Leather website, but it went away.

I agree! I’ve never done this and wonder does stretching really work? Does it really hang low long after you stretch them or does it go back up close to groin?
You can't kill the self stretch mechanism of your body. If it is cold any balls will go up.
If you stretch them, you make them only loose in normal daily situations or very very loose when warmer. Generally they will be looser than normal until it becomes colder - then they will behave normally.

There is a need to distinguish between ball stretching and ball sack stretching. Weights etc stretch the sack skin and so will stay stretched - petty much. Balls will do what cold conditions tell them!...up and dwn according to the temperature

For guys like myself who have at least one bastard ball that will sneak under your weight no matter how tight it is, try this: put on a tight, adjustable leather ball stretcher first, then try the weight. I always use hinged weights, and if the two ends meet easily, then the weight's inner diameter is still too large. I then simply roll up a piece of paper towel and wrap it around the leather. Then I try the weight again. If I have to really squeeze the two sides to get them to touch, then I am good to go.

Tbh I didn’t even think of this in this way and you completely clarified that for me in a perfect way, thank you! Ball stretching is what I’m after and curious about if there’s really long term effect and if anyone has success stories from dramatic before and after effect (long term wise even without the weight)

A visual of my long-term success. Again I started with basically 2 speed bumps at the base of my shaft - that was my balls "hanging", in the cold they'd pull up into my gut. Very unpleasant. In the beginning of my stretching I couldn't wear weights, they would just pop off. I had to start with manually stretching the sack, once it loosened up I could start stretching my balls manually. Eventually with enough stretching & heat I could squeeze into a metal weight. As I got longer my circumference around my sack above the balls got narrower & I had to move to tighter rings. Anyway, picture of me wearing multiple rings. Long term success.

Hi guys, getting back into stretching after a few years without! Forgot how great it feels! I’ve been wearing mine at work every day. Looking to increase my hang. Just wanted to say hi I guess… new to this site.
After a few years of not stretching it, did were they still pretty low? Or did it shrink up high again?

Hey! I used to wear quite heavy weights, and I used to cycle to work in London and home with them on! I think I made some pretty good progress that kinda stuck around! When I’m at a decent temperature they hang as low as my cock hangs which I like the look of! Would like to get them lower though! Gotta figure out how to get a couple of pics on here!
