Hello fellow large penis owners. I have recently started ball stretching and would like some insight from those of you who have done it for a while.

I like the feeling of a looser ball sack and I like the looks of lower hanging balls. But I have no desire for super low hangers or extremely stretched. Plus as most of you, I have one ball that rides a good bit higher than the other one. So I would like if possible to even that up a bit and simply hang a little lower most of the time.

To achieve those objectives, what kind of equipment have you found to work the best for daily wear? How long do you have to wear it to see semi-permanent results? I realize nothing will be permanent but I would like to get to the place where my balls to stay lower for a couple days without wearing any devices.

Any other advice you have would be welcome.

I have attached a photo of one of the stainless rings I have now. I have two different oxball stretchers on the way. I really like the feel of metal. But it causes me a little trouble for daily wear especially because I am usually pretty active.

Hi fasttalker,

I am not an expert on this but I have some experience of a couple of years.

First, the results are permanent. But the term "permanent" shouldnt confuse you. Your balls wont stay hanging at their lowest point all the time. Instead, you will get them used to stay at that lowest point and you will push that lowest point further down. And your balls will stay at the lowest point when they find the required conditions. The main condition is the temperature. Even if you have 20 cm hanging balls, you cant expect them to hang at that level when it is freezing cold. :)

I use the same equipment you have in your photo. Actually, I use THEM. I have multiple rings.

When I started the journey, my balls were usually closer to my groin. Now they hang like around 8-10 cm low (including the balls). My journey was with a lot of ons and offs. And I had a lot of mistakes.

I think the persistance or the duration is more important than the size or the weight. I tried 4 or 5 of these rings. Which was pretty much pushing for my conditions. It is always better start slow and go slow. Imagine a case where you put on 3 rings and injure yourself and you have to give a pause. Mistake. Instead, stayig with one or two rings with longer duration is safer and more effecrive. Even though, I had progress so far, without these mistakes, I could be even further ahead now. Noadays, I put on 3 of these rings for 24/7 unless I have to run, swim or have a bath or have sex.

Another rule for me is to put on rings when the balls are warm. Never try to stretch them by hand force and place the ring. This a bad idea and harmful to the tissues. You have to make the balls relaxed for example with a hot shower. After shower it is a good time to put them on.

And last but not least, using a shea butter or a similar lotion that will make balls relaxed is very important. I personally use Argan Oil and I like it. After shower, it makes my balls even more relaxed and then I put on my rings.

Pushing the balls by hand force or the progress by more weights will not help. The progress has its own flow and I cant shorten it by force. Instead, the force will lengthen the progress in my opinion. I enjoy the feeling of weight on my balls while walking.

Recently, I started massaging my balls in the hot shower when they get relaxed. I rub them gently, strecth them with my hands like a milking motion and I stretch the bottom tip of the scrotum sack. I believe this short massage is also useful for the progress.

I hope this helps.

everything @jim said.
I have used round, oval, the soft stretchy ones. The oval metal ones are my favorite because they are so narrow you cannot pop through & out, but wide enough they are never tight. I really enjoy the feel of the weight of metal.

sometimes I want the stretch without the weight & will wear a grinder from oxballs. Easier to wear longer, very easy to remove. If I'm going out & running about, going to be active - I like the idea I can pop it off without a key, in an instant. Other times I'm challenging myself to wear weight as long as I can & I go with metal so I don't quit at minor provocation.

I also prefer oval metal for sex. I found I sweat out of the round rings during sex - those balls are a lot more flexible than you realized - LOL. If I hung lower then probably rubber rings would be more partner friendly, but it's not an issue in my world. Yet.

As you get to wearing multiple weights - alternating rubber & metal can be useful in avoiding that "clink" sound of two metal weights striking. I used to get embarrassed by that sound, then realized - only person to know that sound is into it too. So know if I clink it's like a secret club handshake if anyone reacts. But this is an issue randomly - when you go to an additional ring there likely will be no clink, not until you are almost ready to add another.

Final thought. Wearing rings inside tight underwear defeats the value of the weight of the rings - you take gravity out of your tool chest. Loose pants/shorts, loose boxers will get you full value - full stretch.

Good luck on your journey.

What inner diameter oval and round do you wear?

Thanks that is helpful. What size inner diameter rings do you use? Have you tried any of the other shaped metal rings like oval?

I use 1x30mm dia at the bottom. And on top of it, I put on the other rings with dia 33mm.

I didnt use other shape of rings. But I am curious about the oval rings.

I have a 33 mm round right now but when my balls are sweaty or lubed one can slip through and then it falls off. When I put 33 mm into chaingang's calculator for the oval it gives me a dimension between the sizes that they offer. I just wonder if I need to go up a size or down a size for the oval.

Well, I cant comment on the oval one as I never used it. But once (outside on the street) while walking, because of sweat and lubricant, my right ball slipped out of the ring with dia 33mm. It was a bad moment and I ordered the one with dia 30 mm. Maybe you can try the same.

Lots of useful stuff on here for fasttalker. Good infor on www.secretleather, which - in spite of name - is mostly about metal rings. I'd say it is important to measure to get the right size (diameter). I started with one as in your picture; then two. Now just one but heaver; see my gallery. It is about 1lb; feels great.
It is normal for one ball to hang higher, because the tubule from it has to loop over the urethra - look it up on anatomy site

I can talk to the oval. They are all pretty much narrow enough that you can't pop-through, but wide enough to be comfortable.
The question will be the width. I haven't seen much variety in width of the ovals, but you don't need much width. More can be more comfortable, but the difference between a wide & a narrow oval is minimal. I have an oval that is 55mm wide & one that is 65mm wide. The 55mm is just enough width for me & I have a hard time fitting into a 30mm round.
To me, the most important feature of an oval is that it has rounded edges & is polished inside - I have seen some that have squared off edges & find that becomes very uncomfortable very quickly.

I do encourage everyone to try an oval. For me, such a game changer. Easy to put on, comfortable to wear, solid base if you want to stack (round or oval) rings on top of it.

I actually use my metal hinged cock rings instead of rings designed for just ball stretching. The weight is heavier and being hinged makes all the difference in the world regarding ease of putting it on. Of course a cock ring's inner diameter is too large, so I compensate by first putting on a leather ball stretcher of 1/2" width. Then I put a simple thin layer of strong paper towel over the leather. I can then put on my 1 3/4" inner diameter weight over that, and it fits very snug. I know I have it right if I have to squeeze the two ends together in order to get the screw to tighten them. When I put on my second ring it also catches some of the leather and paper, and it too then fits snug. Two of my 3/4" metal hinged weight 24ozs total. I can also put my two piece cock ring on above the two hinged weights (once my sack is relaxed and stretched by the hinged weights), and adding its 8ozs gives me two pounds of hanging weight. Until I got the idea of adding a layer of paper towel, I struggled trying to get the hinged weights from slipping.

I'd like to try some oval rings. Where did you get them?

IIRC my first was from secret leather. That's my stand by. Also got one from China - Aliexpress, not as nice. I don't shop The Chain Gang after a return issue long ago, but others have good luck with them.

Was having a read through this thread and it’s inspired me to try stretching my balls again. Gave it a go a few years back but didn’t really see any results, having read through the advice on here I now have a better idea how to go about it so just wanted to say thanks to everyone who posted advice and suggestions, very helpful! I may come back and share my results in the future!
