For those having been successful as extending your ball hang starting from a very tight set - how did you succeed? I should preface this with me taking testosterone injections which sure does not help... But my balls have always been very tight against me. Only after a warm bath/shower or on a summer day, do they hang low enough to put a silicone ring even as a full cock ring. Even then, one testicle will invariable pop back thru (ouch). So ideas? Types of "tools" for this? Methods for such a tight start?

Same here. I've never been able to use anything to stretch my sack. My balls will rebel and pull up so hard that it becomes so painful, that I have to remove whatever i'm using to stretch them. I've just given up on having low hangers

I hear you. So I've started doing manual sack stretching a bit each day. My hope is to get just enough wiggle room to fit a weight. For now, a silicone band is the best I can do. And just like you, if it's not ready one of my balls will pop back thru and make me wince (ouch!). Check out the link that was suggested to me. Looks at least plausible to try.
