I'm curious as well. I've always wanted to make my balls hang lower but haven't gotten it done.

Slow & easy. Commit to a couple of years. If you try to stretch them like a lump of Silly Putty you will damage yourself & minimize any results. Like building muscles, slow, steady, constant, with rest breaks along the way will get you there.

I think I'm at 3 years now. I started with two lumps at the base of my shaft on a hot day & on a frigid day they actually pulled back inside my gut. Today I woke up in a warm bed & felt them hanging down my thigh, resting on the bed. That is an extreme for me, but to lock in the morning sag I put on a 2" oval weight. I'm wearing a 2" thick oval stretcher, all told the bottom of my scrotum is 4" from my crotch. 3 years ago the bottom of my scrotum was the bottom of my crotch, that's 4" in 3ish years of slow & steady. To be clear though, this is 4" with weights, when I take it off they'll likely be 1.5" - 2.0". Weighted hang will always be lower, but it's part of the growth/stretching.

What really helped me the most was understanding the physiology of the testicles & scrotum, understanding skin growth & how weightlifters get best growth.

I've recommended this link many times. Jarod is (?) a member here, or at least was. His articles are very helpful.

Hey all. Great subject.
I've been actively working on stretching my balls for about 3 years to obtain more heft and perhaps feel some "swing" action which is an interesting sensation.
I like using steel rings (of various sizes and weights) that I just slip my balls through. Depending upon my mood I might stack on as many as are comfortable which stretches your sack mostly due to the weight of the rings.
At times I'll wear them for the day but find wearing briefs necessary especially if you're going to be active simply because things happen...
(a nut pops out of a ring and pinches the skin, a ring is loose because you're stretching yourself and there's slack etc., etc.).
I've had somewhat better results with steel split collar rings (it's the "impressive" way to stretch. A word: they have to be a perfect fit for you and the weight isn't adjustable.
In all matters weight is a big deal and one of the factors for a good stretch. Just enough is great, too much and it could be injury.
After all my efforts I have had results albeit minor. However, working at stretching has increased my stamina and truly enjoy some tension but more comfortable.
That being said I'm lovin' neoprene stretchers, ball separators, many of the OxBalls rings and toys, some leather stretching sheaths, etc.
More comfort, looks hot, good results and something for everyone!
