Hello,I'm working on stretching my ball's[sack] and i have been using a pump which is working great and i have very low hanger's but i want larger and i was wondering if ditching the pump and just using my hands by grabing my balls and power pulling them in rep's would maybe work better by stretching the skin which would make more of a permanent stretch? Any one have any ideas? and could i hurt myself by power pulling my ball's?
