Ball Stretching (tips&before&after)

I would love to get some tips to stretch my balls. I started a few weeks ago to do it 2times a week for at least 4ours.

Any tips for home-made-devices (to speed up the process)?
Any other tips for things i should do or use?

& would love to see some pics of the guys who've been stretching their balls. Before & after pics if possible:smile:
 
cool cool...hope you enjoy stretching and i actually know you will heheh here is a start for you and a tip for you...take it easy and slow. that saying Rom Wasn't Built In A Day ... is applied to ball stretching...you dont want to get overly excited and also rush things. you damage you pay for it. :p the more time you wear the better you get results.

Once you get past a certain point it is permanent, certainly is for me. I took a 6 month lay off recently and found that they hang just as low as when stretching. Have resumed wearing weights again now, as you just cant have too much of a good thing, down to the knees would be nice.
I read somewhere that once you get to 6" free hang then it would be permanent. Works for me.

here is an update...now i am able to wear 2 16oz collars 3 8oz collars and 3 plastic collars. adding up to over 5in. i wear the sock so i dont chaf the sac skin with my inner thigh / and inner thigh to my sac skin.
