So I’m looking to start stretching my balls for a lower better hang. I have been looking around and just can’t seem to find a good set of weights. If you know of any that would be great, also any help or insite with ball stretching would be great as well!
Thanks!

Go for the 'donut' style two piece stainless steel stretchers. They are a bit of a pain to put on, but very comfortable to wear 24x7. I suggest you follow the guide by Jarod Johanson as pointed out by John_S above. It is not only very informative, but will help you avoid the sometimes painful mistakes of going too heavy too quickly. And, yes, the Chaingang is where I get my gear from too

I have use either a piece of cloth, shoe laces or cable clamps as ball stretchers, I have also heard and see people using steel shackles for it, they are much cheaper and they are likely to weight less than the well known split rings.

I have a collection of ball stretchers from Gear Essentials. Their products are great quality, and they provide a good assortment of weights. I've heard that the magnets in the magnetic two-piece weights aren't strong enough. I've never used those weights, I've only read comments. I use the two-piece weights that are screwed together. I've slept with them on, but they take a while to get comfortable.
