Anybody has tried pumoing balls with bathmate? any pics and results?

Even with an X40 I can't get my balls and cock in the collar. I've gained alot of girth and when pumping I am using almost all of the available space.

I have a hydro9/x40 and can get my balls in but I haven't seen results. I did make a makeshift ball pump out of old shaker cup and pieces from an oxo wine sealer.
