Yup, a seven year thread can still be relevant. Some things never change. My balls tend to rest against my right thigh, but I noticed when I was snapping photos to post on LPSG that my balls are constantly moving up and down. It isn't a case of just the right one or the left one hanging lower than the other all the time. They switch it up and I don't think this has anything to do with my sexual preference.

Because Mother nature or I guess I should say God if you believe made you that way so they won't crunch when setting, walking or whatever. If one didn't hang lower I think more guys would walk around like they have just gotten off from riding a horse. That is if you know that feeling. If you haven't ever ridden a horse you may not know what I'm talking about. Put more simply you would probably walk around like these kids with their britches half falling off and they walk around with their legs spread apart in order to keep their pant from falling the rest of the way down.
Talk about riding a horse, the last time I rode a horse my balls hurt like hell. I dunno why but I was glad to get off of that horse. I felt like gettiing off and walking the horse back up to the barn. My balls aren't way big either. Maybe it was the jeans I was wearing, don't know for sure. But I don't think I'll be getting on a horse very soon.
