for the past few weeks ive been havin pain in my balls like ill just be siting around or somethin and ill have a massive pain that gets intenser all of a sudden, has this ever happened to you? what could it be?

You're giving yourself regular testicular exams I take it?

Have you strained yourself at all? Any exertion like heavy lifting? Any swelling or tenderness?

There are a few things this could be, some very serious. As embarrassing as it sounds, head to the doctor to get it checked. Don't mess with your balls, you've only got two.
