For me large balls are both a visual as well as physical stimulation. My husbands balls are pretty large but they hang down quite a bit...it matches well with his soft size. Anyway, the physical stimulation comes from his balls slapping against me when we have sex. It's not that the slapping in itself does anything it just turns me on to think of that big sac flopping against my lips.
