Did Barr and Durham run out the clock?

There seems to be a lot of anecdotal evidence to indicate this, especially when there has been numerous prosecutions for voter fraud (but not the 2020 election that I’m aware of).

If you’re going to argue against that’s fine, but at least produce some evidence and maintain civility.

American Thinker Bias and Reliability - Ad Fontes Media

As in everybody in the US? Or more those that don’t like it because it’s not left wing?

I don’t pretend that it’s the NY Times, but it’s not any worse than ‘organisations’ that run stories on people’s opinions about people’s opinions about what someone says about what someone said. And not that the NYT is what it was either.

But regardless of someone’s opinion of the outlet, it still raises a reasonable issue.

No, it doesn't.

I'm all for throwing Bill Barr under the bus, but it's odd, to say the least, to do so in defense of Trump. So far as I recall, Trump *appointed* the guy. Criticism of Barr only reflects badly on his boss.
So, Obama never appointed anyone that he sacked...

And thats what the article raises, Barr etc misrepresented what they were doing? Perhaps you didn’t read it?

Since you raise the issue, Obama's administration didn't have nearly the turnover rate of Trump's. Nor did Obama continually have to repudiate former associates the way Trump has done.

Barr misrepresented a lot; I don't dispute that at all. That's why I ask again why anyone would have thought the guy was fit to be Attorney General in the first place.

Plenty of people thought Barr was well suited to the role.

And you raised the issue. You now change it to turn over rates.

Neither address the issues raised in the article.

It's not an article.........It's right wing political porn fiction. American Thinker pumps it out daily without compunction.

Okay, you’ve established you don’t like it. Thanks for your opinion, but no need to get nasty about it.

But clearly it is an article, even if you don’t agree with it, and there’s no reason for them to feel guilty about writing articles.

It asks open ended questions. Undeniably there’s a slant, but it’s certainly fairer than most MSM opinion narratives that have been peddled as fact over the last few years.

Although if you say they pump it out daily without compunction does that mean you’re an avid reader of it? Can’t be that bad then.

I don't read it, I monitor it's stories so I know what disinformation the right wing will be disseminating. It's THAT bad.

Trump sure did. Probably not so much now, though.

And you raised the issue. You now change it to turn over rates.

You brought up Obama's sacking people as a false equivalence to Trump's. If you don't want the weakness of that argument exposed, don't make it in the first place.

Coverage
In 2009, in the wake of the election of Barack Obama, the American Thinker joined a wave of conservative media publications discussing the possibility of a second Civil War. They forecast the possibility of "several regional republics" emerging following the "overbearing, oppressive leviathan" of Obama's presidency.[10]

A 2008 column in the American Thinker drew attention to a California plan to require programmable thermostats that could be controlled by officials in the event of power-supply difficulties. According to The New York Times, the column was "by turns populist..., free-market..., and civil libertarian".[11]

Right Wing Watch has written about American Thinker, including that the site had in 2014 published a complimentary piece on white nationalist Jared Taylor and in 2015 asserted that rainbow-colored Doritos are a "gateway snack to introduce children to the joys of homosexuality".[12] In a 2020 blog post on the site, Thomas Lifson referenced a paper published in Geophysical Research Letters to claim that sea level rise has been slow and constant, and that this rise pre-dated industrialization.[13][non-primary source needed] This claim went viral over social media in March 2020.[14] The author of the paper describes this interpretation as factually incorrect, constituting climate misinformation.[14]

Under threat of litigation, in January 2021 American Thinker published a retraction of unsupported stories it published asserting that Dominion Voting Systems engaged in a conspiracy to rig the 2020 presidential election against President Donald Trump, acknowledging, "These statements are completely false and have no basis in fact."[15][16][17]

You've picked terrible sourcing. Don't be surprised at the lack of engagement.

Well, you’ve certainly given it some attention. You’re well versed on it monitoring (not reading) it daily.

But still, no real discussion of the article.

Criticism of Barr only reflects badly on his boss.

And no, the comment was made by you, the equivalent of which is any criticism of an Obama appointee reflects badly on Obama. Obama sacked a number of his appointees, so even he didn’t get it right.
If its applicable to one side it’s applicable to both.
