What's everyone's guilty pleasure lift in the gym atm? The one you shouldn't really enjoy but do?
I'm loving standing alternate bicep curls. Mostly because I've just come back from 2 yrs off training. And I can just see my bicep veins again when I do them haha.
Standing overhead press. For what I do, it really has no place but I've always loved doing them. There's nothing like driving a heap of weight to lockout over your head.
