For those of you who own the bathmate -

Did you had any permanent gains?
ow much did you gain length and girth wise? How long did it took you to gain it?
Did you use some other methods as jelqing as well?

Gains wise really depends on how consistent you use it. I have came a bit of ways since my initial use. I got up to about 7.25 in length with a max bone press of 7.5 inches. The girth is where I have noticed the most improvement. I went from 5.5 to basically 5.75-6 inches in girth. A solid 6 after every pump session. The max girth I have gotten to was 6.25 and that was after a max pump and 100 manual jelqs. It took basically all year to achieve it. I have taken a bunch of breaks in between because I didn't want my gf knowing I was using my pump again. Then she found out and didn't have a problem with it as long as she wasn't getting hurt during sex. So now that I have been consistent with it we will see how big I get by the beginning of the summer next year.

I'm not really looking for significant results in girth. i'm already a hair under 6". I was about 5.75" when i began using it. I am more interested in length gains because at just over 6"--and I'm a big guy--it seems rather short to me. I would kill for even a half-inch gain.
But I find when i use it more than a few times in a week, my dick seems shorter and there's some irritation. Nothing major, but it puts me off for a couple weeks. It does seem to hang bigger after a few days of NOT using it--I guess it's like lifting weights and things need time to recover. Also, as I stated about girth gains, I don't want to really gain too much more in that department. Yes, "girth is king", but there's a limit for most partners.
If anyone has any tips on gaining length--a half inch to an inch--, I'd be interested in hearing them.
Pumping is far more effective for girth than length. If you really don't want to gain girth, you could try wrapping your cock while in the pump. Basically any stretchy fabric will work. It'll restrain girth growth but still allow the longitudinal pull. Expect a long time for progress.

Don't change your frequency or recovery time if it avoids irritation/pain. Recovery is just as important as every other factor in your routine. Despite what you were previously told (scolded?) here, the penis is not muscle and doesn't respond to pumping even remotely similar to how muscle responds to weight training, etc. routines.

I just want to add that I think the way most people's body work, any attempts at improvement will be noticed i first--and mostly--in your strengths. In other words, if you already have the genetics for washboard abs, minimal exercise will improve them even more. Same with the penis. If you already have something of a fat cock, anything you do --pump, Bathmate, viagra--will make it even fatter. Same with length if that's your strength. I'm sure guys who are long already will get even longer if they try to improve their girth with a Bathmate.

Ie. You don't use it. That schedule wont be beneficial to no one. if someone worked out 4 days out of a 21 day period would he expect and results?
