Bathmate for a novice

Just got a few questions when uwing the bathroom.

First. Why cant I get a erection well pumping? Today is day 4 and I still cant get one well pumping, also having a hard time in general. Still though I reached 6.9 today with is great. I been doing 15 mins on max. Should i lower the pressure or time?

Also once im done my girth is very nice (flaccid) but I get shrinkage in length almost immediately. Is this normal?


Lastly, what are some good routines to help increase size faster?

Maybe try combineing some stretches when your pumping. Set up a routine. A simple routine. Maybe try pumping when your erect. Are you new to your bathmate? Your having problems getting an erection. Maybe cut out porn watching or masterbateing for a while. Once you solve the problems your having , you'll get bigger.

Yes its my very first time pumping. What kind of routines? And do i have to get a erection for it to work?

Edit: Also is soreness normal and when will I start to see gains? Also does the bathmate help with getting erections?

With the erection thing, try getting warms up before pumping, edge or jelq a little. Then try to be erect while entering the pump. While inside, it's hard to get erect without stimulation, but it's possible sometimes. try to think of sex or some shit. kegeling while pumping is very useful, too.

soreness is good, make sure you give yourself enough time to recover.

and I saw gains of about a centimeter in length and girth after month of use. This, though, plateaued very quickly. It's like working out. gains come slow, but initial noobie gains are faster than long term gains.

I'm a complete newbie to PE so jelqing and kegels , never done them. I also got the bm to help with erections. So am I suppose to comr out hard or soft?
