Good to hear Peter Brown II. I think bathmate can only do so much for length. Tendons may loosen up with the warm water and the light tension of a pressurized environment in the tube, but without conjunction of a PE regimen it would seem it would be very limited. Girth is the way to go anyway. It only seems fun to have a long dick, but the thickness of a garden rake handle you might as well use it as a stirring stick for baby batter. The bathmate seems fun. Add another 1/4 inch of circumference even if it is temporary? Sure. I might get it. I don't need any more at the base, but anything to help glans size I will try.
I can't help but wonder if a water based solution can be made to help the quality of skin. Yes, I use a vitamin E cream and cocoa butter in it's pure form. And maybe I will do Javier's suggestion and use coconut oil. I think it would make sense, perhaps mixing a conditioner specific for dry scalp to alleviate effects of long durations of wearing an extender and PE exercises. I'm one of those 'shakes-my-head' types who tried using conditioner for my body hair and yeah my fuzzy chest feels silky smooth running fingers through it. Why not a therapeutic solution with the warm water to help dry skin and fatigue? You can always use skin creams, but the residue it leaves from a cream can interact negatively for those foreskin restoring and deal with slippage using silicon rubber based devices or those with sores from PE skin fatigue that can be a concern. Application of an ointment is obviously required in a case of a skin tear or abrasion from PE, but there are conditioners that are medicated for skin irritations. Using an ointment for skin irritation at night and a conditioner in the morning may be an appropriate part of a regimen of PE. Those who use a bathmate can use it for an hour in the morning and allow the conditioner to do it's work, topically administered over that period of time. It's a thought, something I have not tested with various conditioners particularly to that area, but logical for those who experience skin irritation similar to the topical region of the scalp.
