Bathmate Hydromax X40 - Xtreme It's Enough For Me?

I wanted to buy bathmate for years and now i found hydromax X40 - XTREME in a fine price. Will I increase my dimensions with this pump?. I have 20 cm in length and 15.5 in girth.

I'm about the same measurements as OP but +1cm on girth. Should i go with x40 or consider x50? Do x50 allow same expansion force/pressure to enlarge?

Ok, but X40 would be right for me? How it works - the bigger vacuum space is better for results?

I suppose so, but take into consideration your existing girth. The opening of the x40 is large, and my balls kept getting sucked in. It took several months for my girth to adapt to the pump. In retrospect, I should have bought the x30

Not sure about actual dimensions, but it’s noticeably thicker especially at the base

so the main rule with the bath mate is to get the one most similar to what you have now, and upgrade once you've gained enough to do so.

I was average initially, so I started with a hercules, then I upgraded to the X-40. if you get a bigger one than your dimensions work with currently, the girth gains will be happening much more rapidly, and as has been mentioned earlier in the thread, the balls are more likely to be sucked in (which is painful, considering sealed space and unsealed space and the squeeze to get through that)

Plus the bathmate website has you enter your measurements and tells you which pump is for you

You can save yourself some money by buying the non extreme bathmate and spend about 20 bucks for a rubber grommet and oxo wine pump, that's what I did.
