Our products are can be used in both air and water, although air pumps are inconsistent as air is compressible it can cause the penis to bend and deform. water is incompressible which gives an even distribution of pressure across the full length of the penis.

Actually water will give a more uneven pressure, being lower at the bottom due to gravity. Not that the difference is significative in the real world. Air or water doesn't make any difference, as long pressure is the same the mean of force transmission doesn't make any difference. What is important is to have a gauge (which the bathmate has not) and a good cylinder (which the bathmate has not either, for a fraction of that price one can buy a regular cylinder, 1/4" thick, that will last forever even if it is thrown against a wall.

Most of the bathmate cost for the public is the price of advertysing and spamming through internet forums ,and then still there is an outrageus revenue compared to the manifaturing cost. I am also very sceptic that it is manufactured in UK, it is more likety Chinese manifacturing.
