I've experienced an acceleration in length gains by combining Bathmate hydropumping with ADS - All Day Stretching.
ADS includes any technique which maintains the penis in a stretched state by applying a small force to it during long durations. Extenders and low weight hanging are examples.
I will start my ADS session by a 30 minute warm up with my far infrared heat pad, then I'll do some manual stretches before fitting my vac-attachment to a cord connected to a suspended weight (hanging off the end of my bed or under my desk). I started with 1 Kg for 2 months and have just increased it to 1.5 Kg. I'll usually hang for 2-3 hours during week days but up to 6 hours at weekends, my heat pad constantly heats my stretched shaft.
I use my Bathmate every other day but will still do ADS before my bath, usually for 2 hours.
I'm wondering if anyone has found a Bathmate + PE technique combination that specifically targets girth.
