Bathmate replacement parts

Hi I recently bought a bathmate extreme and to my surprise it had holes and cracks in the hand pump and hose. So it's basically the same bathmate I had before. Where in gods name does one get a replacement part for a bathmate?

Sorry that the response is old, but I hope it helps. The hose you could replace with a blood-pressure-cuff hose. They should be available on the 'Net or in a medical-supply shop near you. You could also use thicker-walled clear tubing found at a hardware store.

As for the bulb (e.g., hand pump), you might try liquid rubber or Plastidip to fix the cracks and holes. The bulb looks like a blood-pressure-cuff bulb but turned around (vacuum rather than increase pressure).
