I would suggest that having the correct size is important and how you use it really make a difference. First, no issues with mine and absolutely enjoy it. I use mine more for the sensation and not gains. Here are some tips and feedback. Using it in the shower is the easiest. The insert really just protects you from being pinched by the accordion effect of the tube as it compresses. If you measure, not having the insert in will help your ego and make you gain a small amount when you measure looking thru the tube.

. Anyway, I would suggest two important tips. It does not work as well if you start flaccid. The more erect you are before you start, the seal and sensation are much better. It’s also important to fill the tube and make sure there is little to no air. I aim down, excess water comes out, then point up so the air rises to the top and the bubble are pushed out. That may sound like a lot but it’s about a 2 second move. Do not release the water valve until you are fully inside. Then as you push the tube into your body, water will come out and the suction increase. A few small pushes and the pressure is very low. As you get harder, and push more, the spring pressure built into the rubber base increases. It can get to be pretty significant pressure with just the bathmate alone and the visual is impressive. The next level is using the little hand bulb option that connects to the end. With that, the pressure can exceed what you can tolerate so it’s fun to get to that edge. Again, getting the air bubbles out makes all the difference. I do find the insert to be close to snug for me and have used it without but then the accordion portion of the tube really is not comfortable. I also find that if I am not getting the pressure I want after a few minutes, I will release the pressure, refill the tube with warm water, use my hand to massage a bit While refilling. Two things happen, some of the pumping gains make you thicker, and when you reinsert and repeat the above process, better pressure, less air bubbles because you are harder, better seal, etc. Again, sounds like a lot but I assure you, a few minutes of practice and this takes less than a minute to get started. For a few that mentioned it not working well. Make sure you are operating the pressure valve and release correctly. You need to click the switch and the tube should hold water without draining. If water is running out while you are filling it, you are doing it wrong. Once you are inside the tube and have a seal, that’s when you click the switch the the excess water can now be pushed out of the end and not from the seals part of your body. Ad you twist the value (different from the switch) the will prevent you from accidentally releasing pressure if you bump the shower wall, your leg or whatever. Hope this helps. I really enjoy mine and have had it for many years without issue. Good luck and cheers!
