There are only two answers. I would say nothing of the above.
The emotions proud and shame are both negative emotions.
Pride is a form of superiority over others that are less worth.So it is a devaluation of others.
And shame is a form of inferiority to others that makes the self is less worth. So it is a devaluation of the self.
Pride is even a deadly sin in some teachings. That is not out of nothing. It is negative because of the explanation above.
You should be happy and content about yourself and love yourself as you love others.
This" love yourself as you love others" teaching exists for this reason. Both inferiority and superiority separates you from others and dont let you see the unity or empathy (walking in others shoes) with all other people .
Furthermore black should not even be in the question, because the same answer is true about everybody else. That is identity politics and this is separating people into different groups (out-groups and in-groups). In addition to this, blacks are pretty diverse.
