No. Or at least, not everything matters to the same extent.

If it did, then it would never be possible to make any decisions, about anything. Some things have to be more important than others, to make choices, or to set priorities.

This is a matter of basic logic.

Penis size is one of the things that most people would say either doesn't matter much, or doesn't matter at all. Compared with things like jobs, money, economies, technologies, social cohesion, personal spiritual development and so on ...

Now, of course, to those of us who use this site, it matters a little more than it does to most people. But it's still not all that important, compared with many other things.
