i prefer Vicky over Roberta. Roberta comes off as pandering, making the guys pose with the middle finger up, dressing up civilians in military uniforms, and Roberta's over the top fake laugh.

You can tell Vicky has a better rapport with his models as Vicky is naturally more extroverted without coming off as fake and pandering (like Roberta) and letting the guys be themselves rather than making them pose with the middle finger up or dressing them up in military uniforms.
