I don't really think he needs to say anything, because it's nobody's business and he seems like a good person, but this tweet doesn't deny that he's gay, it just says that he was defamed and slandered in the last 6 years, and as far as I know, being called a homosexual is not defamation, it is quite offensive to gays, that people think that being called gay is a negative thing.
