The thing to do is figure out what workout plan you want to do, or what you want to focus on whether it be girth, length...or both. What i usually TRY to do is do penis exercises 4-5 times a week and then rest for two days. A lot of people will overdue it and injure themselves or just overwork it and never see any gains. The penis needs to heal to see gains. Try doing you workouts after you get out of the shower because at that time the penis is softened up and it is easier to stetch, achieve gains.
