Been Lifting a Lot

    Hey guys. Got four more pics of my progress lifting weights. I'm really proud. Been able to get a lot of definition and vascularity (which hopefully you can see). Love hearing from the big-lifters especially. What do you guys think? Which one's your fave? Check em out and leave comments. I love PMs too by the way.

    Good progress so far. You have a good lean frame to build on. Make sure you work your triceps in addition to biceps, and work your back as much as your chest.

    Would you be able to give me some advice? I'm really skinny, and would like some bigger arms, abs, and pecs. Stuff that takes little time per day would be best. You obviously know what works! :)

    1. Eat,eat,eat. Fresh and unprocessed food - beef chicken fish nuts veges dairy fruit.Forget about McDonalds.

    2. Try a beginners program like Rippetoe. As you train the biggest muscles, the smaller ones improve too.
