Hi, I'm an 18 year-old Asian with a smaller-than-average penis.

I only measure up to 4 1/4" when hard. My girlfriend never complained, but the physical complex has been nagging at me for quite a long time, and since my body didn't do its job, I decided to take my own measures.

I'm hoping to grow to 7.5", and worry about the girth later. Do you guys think that's unrealistic? What kind of exercises/workout plans should I stick to?

Adding more than 3 inches in length will not be easy at all, but it's not "impossible". Other men have done it with hard work, so there's no reason why you can't. Note that an increase of that kind will mean that you've increased your total penile volume manyfold.

You may want to read this thread. It'll show you how relatively small measured gains in length and girth can actually mean large volumetric gains: http://www.lpsg.org/131085-measuring-penile-volume.html
