I had to sigh when I read the replies. It seems I'm always reminding posters of the name and original intent of this site. And it is not my place to do so, so I apologize for the rant. In answer to your question Mojo, dual methodologies have always been recommended when embracing PE. You cannot be a bodybuilder and only focus on lifting weights. You need cardio as well. If you use natural and assisted methods it is likely you'll have more success more frequently. There are those who will question any assisted method and its relevance, but that is for you to figure out. I guess I'm what you would call an experienced pumper, but I jelq and stretch when needed. I just checked all my excel data and am disappointed with my numbers. I stopped focusing on girth almost a year ago to concentrate on my length, but at my current pace I would require at least two years for another inch. And here the population splits. There are those who will say it's the jelqing, stretching, and clamping that add to the length, not the pumping; and those that swear by pumping with permanent results. This combination works for me and I see lasting results. Think about the change I'm trying to affect here. How easy would it be to take a 6' man and make him 7'? That timeline doesn't work for my immediate needs and 8" is nothing to scoff at. I'm switching to focusing on my girth. I realize I haven't exactly answered your question. I just wanted to remind you that there are multiple techniques and finding what works best for you may take some time and diligence on your part. There's a wealth of knowledge floating about on the internet if you have the time to look. This site isn't directly focused on PE, but specific questions may be answered. If you don't mind filtering through all the smut, a site like Newart's or Thunder's may provide those specific answers.
