I make a point of NOT gushing over a woman's appearance when I have just met her. Most attractive women have heard those compliments a thousand times from men who are trying to get laid. Received wisdom indicates that it is better to compliment them on sense of humour, intelligence, character, etc.

Perhaps some women also figure that well endowed guys hear the "you're so big" compliment all the time, and using the same reasoning, don't make a big deal of it.
