I think most women, if given enough time, practice, and lubrication, can adapt to nearly any girth. Whether they learn to love it and want it every time is a different story. Basically, the bigger you are the more technique comes into play for her to enjoy it. I do think being on the girthy side can make oral sex less than ideal for both and I personally never cared for anal.
