I have been watching some of his old movies on TV and the dude really shows a big bulge hanging down his left leg. The movie I just saw was When Michael Calls, a 1972 film. Lots of bulge throughout the movie. He apparently was going commando or wearing boxers.

Saw one clip of Jansen in briefs, getting out of bed and damn near passed out.
The both got my attention in special ways.
