Cocks that are bent/curved are so almost always as the result of Peyronie's disease. It is very common but the norm is for penises to be straight. It doesn't have to be curved to right angle to be considered Peyronie's disease. It is only treated if it is severe since effective treatments are fairly invasive. If it doesn't physically affect sexual performance it is best to ignore it.
The causes are not clear - it is believed that it can be caused by the erect penis being bent during aggressive sex - results in scar tissue and plaque building up. However, on some men it develops without such injury.
Mine is straight but I don't think if I had a slight curve I would be worried about it since it is fairly common. It just adds variety to the looks of penises.
That is completely untrue. The majority of penises has some form of bend or curve, dead straight penises are actually rare!
Peyronies disease is not the cause of bent penises at all & to say it is caused by aggressive sex is also false, people with a bend in their dick have had it since birth, it is simply natural variation.
Peyronies disease affects around 1 in 100 & the penis is bent at severe angles & can be painful, it also gets worse without treatment.
