Besides the Obvious...How do you know

Okay. I am asking all of you. How do you know that someone is interested in a M2M thing? I mean, besides coming out and asking...how do you know (for certain) that someone wants you? Are there secret/discreet ways, or codes,...clues, or hints??? I know the foot tapping thing in restrooms, but this doesn't happen all that often. Please help. I am new at this, and very curious, and horny.
