Best brands of penis pumps?

The tube is all you need to replace unless you wrecked the pump Tubes are cheap on ebay If you need a new set up there is a DYI post here and I think I wrote some tips myself (too lazy to find them for you ) .

I’ll add another vote for leluv and if you start having issues with the pump, any auto parts store carries a brake bleeder kit with a pump in it and they are really cheap at harbor freight too.

as long as there is a gauge does it really matter the brand? I bought a cheap one on amazon
