If you're around 6" girth, magnum should work. If you're bigger, try Magnum XL or look into the MySize condoms.

I find the thinner condoms are better - Durex have just launched "Invisible", their thinnest yet

Magnum and xl are roomier at the glans but similar to regular at the base. Still hard to roll on, still tight at the base, but better than regular. "My Size" are great for many sizes, but must be ordered.

The magnums are marketing mostly, slightly better though.

I like the Lifestyles Skyn Large. They fit well, and being made of polyisoprene are better than latex for heat transfer, &c. I've never had one break, during sex.
And, as my current girlfriend has a f'ugly latex allergy, polyisoprene condoms (especially ones which fit my 6" girth) are a godsend.

I agree. I'm 5.5" girth.

My girth is 6 too and I use Pasante Kingsize condoms quite happily. Not sure about the US but they're free from any sexual health clinic in the UK. I've also tried Magnums and MySize successfully, but they're not cheap!
