Some very impressive work and a lot of it. There are a number of talents that can do a Rocco, Vidal, or a Steel.
Only a couple than have done a Holmes, Napier, or Mandingo.

Mandingo: Massacre 3 Bobby Star also did it but not at 100%

I wish I could find more of her, looks like a webcam show capture? I have scoured a couple of the popular live-camming sites and have not found this talented woman yet.
no I don't think there is a way. I try to post of just the photo when it is available from the tumblr pages.
