I've been curious about trying PE for some time and would love to look into some exercises to start.
I'm looking mostly to gain length if possible though I wont mind if I add girth in the process but dont know where to start.
I am currently just a tad under 7 inches long and was wondering how much larger I could feasibly make myself?
