Best Exercises For Length?

I've been curious about trying PE for some time and would love to look into some exercises to start.

I'm looking mostly to gain length if possible though I wont mind if I add girth in the process but dont know where to start.

I am currently just a tad under 7 inches long and was wondering how much larger I could feasibly make myself?

Pumps are great for adding girth, but you get little gains in length. Of what I've read online, and even talking to a few guys on here, extenders are probably the best way to go when it comes to adding length. I would love to add 2 or 3 inches to my length here.

Indeed pumping is best for girth.
Extenders and hanging are best for lenght.
Manual stretching is also good for lenght and jelqing good for length+girth.

Manual excercises are the cheapest, but takes more effort and time.

I have been doing PE for quite a number of years on and off, had quite good results. I didn't go down the route of buying stuff to help, I am quite innovative when comes to making things to suit a specific purpose.

6.5 inch erect length, 5 inch girth when I first measured myself (in my early 20's) Started doing proper PE exercises in 2008, when I joined here funnily enough :D

I have probably gained a good 2 and a bit inches in length and at least 1.5 inches in girth when fully erect.
Bone pressed, flaccid stretched length is just over 9 inches. and when clamped a good 7 inches girth at the base, 6.5 mid shaft.

Check my albums for more techniques, but basically alternated between clamping and stretching. Sometimes I would stretch first, pushing on the tendons where they attach to the pubic bone for maximum tendon stretching, then clamp to fill the stretched muscle with fresh blood, doing kegels to push more blood past the clamp making my cock super hard. Other times I would clamp first, using the same techniques then stretch my cock manually.

I have been doing proper PE since 2008, not regular tho. Most of my gains in girth have been since then, when I stumbled across clamping. The length gains I would say have been over a much longer period, I reckon I have maybees gained roughly 3/4 inch to an inch since 2008.

Stretching and extending is the best exercise IMO; it's worked for me


Second this. Tried every single method and an extender is superior to all. It's a royal pain in the ass and finding time where you wear it is hard (hint: if you work from home it's easier) but it is the safest method that consistently produces results.
