I see a lot of posts here about supplements, but I would rather focus on diet than that type of thing.
What vitamins/minerals are involved in sexual stamina?
And on a slightly related note, I usually drink a cup of green tea a day. It's the only caffeine I get, and I know it's a very minimal amount in green tea, but is it still enough to have a negative impact on me?
