well i havent worked out my butt in a longgg time, but i would do wide stance squats, leg kick ups, and just exercise. I think genetics has something to do with my booty though lol

Pretty much the same thing here. I work my legs along with everything else in my weight training, but without any special attention to any one body part. I wouldn't have this shape without working for it, but it's just luck that the shape I get when I work for it is like this rather than some other.

yea i think a lot of it has to do with genetics. I havent worked out my legs and ass in months and it looks the same or even bigger. Here's a recent pic of it. I think i'm going to start working it out again to see how big/toned i can get it lol. I will post pictures of the results.
