Besides Skype, what is the best messenger service for camming? Yahoo? MSN? AIM? Something else? I know most people use Skype, but is there any other service that works well in terms of video quality? Sound isn't a big deal...I don't like talking, I'd rather type...

Most folks use Skype because the video quality seems to be the most stable..not just because they can talk as well.. MSN's video call is just about as good, quality wise..
Yahoo's quality is okay IF and ONLY IF , you use the "Video Call" feature.. the "View my cam" and "View the other guy's cam" feature has poor frame speed, and freezes on a regular basis.. however, not every version of yahoo supports the newer better Video Call feature..

it seems like most of my contacts that use yahoo messenger, and like to cam, have added skype accounts because of the better picture quality...it doesnt add any extra email accounts (i.e. spam), and you can still type in ur skype window while camming.

    Hope that helps!

Yeah, MSN seems to conflict with my network driver for some reason and most of the time won't show cam. Skype works fine for me so tend to use that as the easiest to get going.
