It's copyrighted the moment you create something original and does not have to be registered in anyway. Although if you want to sue someone for damages you should have the work registered. So for the most part there is no paperwork, the original piece of work is the proof of copyright in essence. Copyright doesn't last forever so Mona Lisa, which might have been created before there was any concept of copyright, and stuff is usually in the public domain. Happy birthday is a good example it was copyrighted but then lost it after some people sued saying it should be in the public domain because there was history of it existing before the original copyright, making it not an original work.

LOL! You have not read the ONLY FANS terms and conditions. They say very clearly that you do not have the right to disclose any information regarding an ONLY FANS account. There was an Only Fans Page that was giving out information on how far each model went and who showed frontal and who didn't, etc... I reported it and it was immediately removed. Only Fans doesn't have control of the rest of the internet but it doesn't mean that you are legally allowed to disclose information. When you subscribe to any only fans page you are agreeing to those terms and conditions. Just cause you didn't take time to read it doesn't mean you are exempt from the terms you agreed to.
Every model automatically own the rights to his own image with the exception of photographers who have models signed release forms. So unless the model signed the rights of his image over to you. It is automatically the models copyright. It is different than intellectual property because there is no image. The models image clearly belongs to the model so there is no need for documentation. The documentation is only needed if the image does not match the person who is posting.
Every model has the right to file a DMCA copyright takedown if there image is being posted without their permission. All images belong to the model unless documentation states otherwise.If the image is not taken down, the model can take legal action.

A little free education on growing a following. Controversy doesn't make people's following go down. It's quite the opposite. One of the biggest things that has created my following is people's realization that "this guy does not give a f*ck" If what you are saying is true. People are drawn to his confidence and the fact that he does not give a fuck. I am not a supporter of him, but I understand why people are drawn to him and anyone who wants to capture a following should take notes. Rants do not end careers that is for damn sure.
Copyright is not just about model. Refers to any work (image in this case) belonging to the creator, can't be distributed without permission from the owner. He's right about some what he's saying, but he's too wrapped up in himself to realize the damage he's caused to his pathetic image. He's going to get a lot angrier going forward when he realizes that being gay doesn't give him a licence to prey on gay people.

Every image automatically belongs "Copyright wise" to the person in the image. Your image is your copyright whether you are a model or not. And there is no form. No one has the right to post your picture without your permission and that goes for anyone in the world. That is why if I am running down the street and a movie is being filmed and I happen to accidentally be in the shot, they will come to me and ask me to sign a release form if they want to use that shot.
