If the "sex pill" you are considering is an over-the-counter type you can buy without prescription, the kind that is extracted from tree bark, or plant root, or herbs, etc, I can only say I've read about and heard from acquaintances who tried them that they are not consistent and not dependable for getting erections.
From my own experience, using viagra prescribed by my urologist for nearly 10 years, it and similar ED meds will give you an erection that maximizes your cock length, and will enable you to satisfy your sex drive for 4 hours or more. (Is that longgggg enough?) I've had no bad side effects, only get a backache for a bit afterward. Other men get other side effects...you just have to try it and see. Generic viagra is what I use and it is just as effective as the genuine Viagra brand, which with its price today could drain your bank account.
I use viagra for group play, have tried levitra and cialis but don't think they're as good. i have tried several different supplements, and i noticed the best results from taking tribulus. just be careful drinking with it or you will have a really bad hangover

A friend of mine had some Generic Cialis that he got on the internet through a Canadian Pharmacy. I decided to give it a try and see if my erection would last much longer than normal. It was a 20mg chewable tablet and it gave me a raging hard on within an hour with very little stimuli. I also noticed my soft penis was more engorged and balls were hanging much lower than normal. Judging by you pictures, you may be young still and good for you and your good health. I ride a bicycle over 100 miles a week and instruct five spin classes, lift weights and eat right. I'm not making judgments about anyone who takes Viagra, Levitra, Cialis, etc. for any reason - whether it's out of medical necessity or for recreational use. My point was that if you want or need to take something, those (or a good-quality generic) ARE the things to take, not celery juice, not watermelon (previous similar thread...), and definitely not some herbal variant or crap you buy at an adult bookstore, gas station convenience store, or some online ad - that stuff is a scam and doesn't work, and it astounds me how many guys keep falling for those quack remedies. That's not my opinion - those products have been studied, and excepting a couple that illegally contained sildenafil citrate (the active ingredient in Viagra) or something similar, and were quickly taken off the market, they don't work! I'm here to tell you, if you can't get it up, and you slam some package of herbs and secret ingredients you picked up down at the Circle K and suddenly you're stiff as a board and pounding your girlfriend (or boyfriend) like a jackhammer - your erectile problem wasn't physical. There could have been colored and flavored sawdust in that packet and it would have done the same thing.
