Best places in NYC to find Dominican and Puerto Rican Men?

I haven't been to NYC in years, and I wanted to know the best neighborhoods to take a look at and socialize with Latino men? I miss the sexy papis that I would look at when lived in Florida. I only have about 3 or 4 days up there, so if you know of any clubs or places to just people watch, let me know.
