Best Prepaid Credit Card??

I wanna get a prepaid card for safe bill pay and online shoppingg. Any suggestions??

I used a Freedom prepaid MC for 2 or 3 years and had no problems. Got it at the Cash Store. High fees though, $8/month, $2.50 to load the card and $1.50 per transaction.

I had the identical experience and found it too expensive to suit my taste.It was also difficult to track the balance, but that was probably just me :tongue:

Were I to do it again, I'd get a pre-paid card from Target, either VI, MC or Amex. They're all available and can't possibly be any worse than the Freedom card.
