Best Pump for the money?

I'm looking to start pumping. Basically i want something of good quality that wont break, and is safe to use. I dont have a lot of cash though, so I need something good but not too expensive... Any suggestions?

Tubes are more economical but do the same job.

Sizing is critical. Measure, Measure again, and Re-measure to be sure.

Safety is all up to you. Using a pump is at your own risk.
I highly suggest using low vacuum for longer periods of time.
Never high vacuum. the biggest mistake people make is to pump Hard and fast. This is a HUGE mistake that can lead to permanent damage.

Slow, low vacuum is the key. That's why a gauge is so important.

A longer flaccid penis will come before erect length.

Results are permanent over time. Do not expect to see an immediate result.

I pumped since around 18 off and on, and went from tugging on my nub to pee....to having something I could grab onto easily.
4.5" to 5.5"-5.75" erect permanent gain, plus having a bit of a hanger.

It doesn't work for everyone, but it's worth a try.

And please read this portion of the forum. There are many good tips/tricks in here.
Spend a little time, do your research and then make an informed decision.

so all PE is cheating too then? and working out? Pumping is a very VIABLE dr. prescribed method to help with Erectile disfunction...just so happens you get bigger doing it. AND yes..there are perm. gains in length/thickness and also can help you restore foreskin if done long enough. So yah...all those things suck!

The best pump you can get is a homemade one. They are vacuum tubes so unless you are clueless on how to use Google and on what a seal is and how suction works in the first place you can generally make your own with random shit around the house.

Otherwise shop around like normal people.

vacu-tech is the only choice for the serious pumper.Combine the pumping regimen with the manual stretches and you'll get results.

There are many milking machines on the market. I would recommend a used goat milker manufactured by the Surge Co. It has interchangeable teat cups (as your girth changes) also adjustable vacuum. Check the used farm machinery web sites or ebay.
