Best type of boxers for large testicles

I have big balls and if I wear boxers, by the end of the day my ball are aching. I find that by wearing a size XL jock strap, I get the support I need as well as enough fabric to cover the entire package. My waist is 34 inches and the XL jock strap is meant for men with 38 inch waist, but it is the size of the pouch that works for me. Since the waist band is elastic anyway, one wash and go 'round in the dryer and it shrinks a bit to fit me well.

So many different responses.

It seems people are either saying to wear no underwear at all, or wear extra supportive underwear.

Is it better to have no support and let your testicles strengthen themselves as they are supposed to by naturally hanging? Or is it better to put them in a supportive pouch so they are confined and restricted from hanging naturally.

From my own experience, special cupped boxer brief's never seem to be comfortable. I like the idea of going commando, because my balls could just hang naturally. The only problem with them hanging naturally is they are prone to getting in the way when i sit down etc. Also, if i don't wear underwear you can easily see my penis through my pants, which can be embarrassing/inappropriate a lot of the time.

I'm interested in seeing how many people with a large penis and large testicles, prefer commando over specialized briefs or boxer briefs with the extra big pouches.

Same here. I wear the regular brief and boxer brief styles - not the low rise. Found the regular were more comfortable.

I am another obviously for men user. Nice and stretchy and not constrictive.

I wear boxers with my bull balls as wearing briefs causes a huge pouch and makes it look like I'm walking around with an erection. The flip side is that both my gf and my doctor have told me to use more support...so I can't win either way.
I always wear compression shorts when I'm running or being active as there is way too much swinging around.

I have extra large balls that hang fairly low. I also go commando most of the time but whenever I have to wear, Andrew Christian's Trophy Boy line are the most comfortable I have found. Plenty of room for the boys and the pouch has the length for low hangers as well. I usually wear to the left and they need to go down the pant leg a few inches. The trophy boy brand will allow you to arrange whichever way works best. They are pricey, but a couple of pairs for occasions wont break the bank.
