Quick backstory. I've read everything there is about PE. I'm already over 7 inches and thick so not really looking for permanent growth (which I'm not sure pumping does anyway). But, I like the temporary gains from pumping as well as the help with erection quality.
I bought a pump from an adult store but I can't seem to get good suction. What is the best vacuum pump out there?
When I was younger, I had a pump and I could pump mine to almost 9" and massively swollen due to the size of my glans.
