i spose the only bad thing that i am noticing is smoking but i am not smoking lika mad man...usual stuff i guess not like 2 packsa day!lol
i am thinking to start a few supplements and go to teh guym more oftyen for cardio
well the last choice would be to go to a specialised doc but again...being honest...i would be quite shy showing off my tool to him/her!!!!
hope you dont find this silly or something and would realy appreciate your response!

Smoking is one of the worst things for your penis. So stop.

Fatty foods are also bad. Anything bad for your arteries is going to be bad for your dick.

Other suggestions: Are you dehydrated? Stressed? Have you been getting good sleep? Sleep apnea is apparently a major cause of ED.

Two things if you are in your thirties you should not be having problems due to age. If you decide to go to the urologist just keep in mind that cocks are his specialty, he examines so many dicks in a day that after you get your pants back on he wont remeber what you have in the groin. I wold recommed a male urologist just cause it felt weird to me to have a woman who is not my wife handeling my cock and doing a testicular exam.

I'd go see an urologist. And cut out smoking completely, not just for yourself but for the ladies ;)

And I'd also invest in spell checker because nobody like you should ever have to make so many spelling typos as you especially with words like "the" and "that". :ugh:

I'm just saying in general that NOBODY should make spelling typos for simple words such as "that" or "the"
